Cancellation Policy

We hope that if you’re reading this, it’s solely to get information and not to cancel your visit or tour with us, as we would be sad not to be able to tell you the history of the city of Córdoba…

Weather conditions will not, under any circumstances, be grounds for cancelling the activity.

ARTENCORDOBA reserves the right to cancel or modify the conditions of the activity, in which case a refund will be offered or the activity may be exchanged for another one.

ARTENCORDOBA is not responsible for any possible changes to the activity resulting from visits to museums or monuments, whether private or public. If such information is available, artencordoba will notify the client in advance.

If the closure of any site to be visited makes it impossible to carry out the activity, this will be grounds for cancellation. In this case, the user will be offered a change of activity, a change of schedule, or, as a last resort, a full refund. If, on the other hand, the activity is only partially affected, this will not be grounds for cancellation; the guide will adjust the activity as deemed appropriate, depending on the available time and the theme of the activity. If access to that site is included in the expenses covered by the activity fee, the cost of that specific expense will be fully refunded to the user.

CANCELLATION OF REGULAR TOURS

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: 100% of the service price will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: 100% of the total will be charged.

CANCELLATION OF PRIVATE TOURS

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the first contracted service: 100% of the service price will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made within the last week: 50% of the service price will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: 100% of the service price will be charged.

REFUND

If you have had to cancel the visit for any reason and you are entitled to a refund of the payment made, we will issue it by bank transfer or by card refund (if the payment was made by card).

For this, when you email us to request the cancellation of the service, please include a bank account to which the refund can be issued. It will be processed as soon as possible.
