Radio-guides will be used for groups of more than 10 people<\/strong> on guided tours that include entry to the interior of the Mosque\u2013Cathedral, as groups larger than 10 are required to use them inside the temple. We recommend bringing your own earphones to avoid using disposable ones and thus help protect the environment. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What happens if I arrive late for the tour?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

First of all, we recommend notifying us by phone if you are going to be late for the tour, so we can give you instructions or reschedule your visit if possible.<\/p>

Secondly, if you have not notified us that you are arriving late, the guides will always allow a 5-minute courtesy period for all clients before starting the tour.<\/p>

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, the guide will have already started and you will lose your right to the tour<\/strong> and therefore also the tickets for entry into the monuments.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
