How can I recognize the guide?
Our guide will carry a maroon umbrella with white letters at the meeting point.
Are the entrance tickets included?
Entrance tickets are included in the price for all guided tours, except for the tours of the Mosque-Cathedral. In this case, we also offer the option to book without the Mosque-Cathedral ticket, in case the customer already has it or needs an additional discount and therefore must purchase the ticket from the official website of the Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba.
Will the guide use audio guides during the visit?
Audio guides will be used for groups larger than 10 people on guided tours that include entrance to the interior of the Mosque-Cathedral, as groups larger than 10 are required to use audio guides inside the temple. We recommend always bringing your own headphones to avoid using disposable ones and to contribute to environmental sustainability.
How many people can join a group?
Groups are usually small to ensure the best quality service for our customers. On exceptional days, such as holidays or specific dates when the demand for guided tours is higher, the group size may reach up to 30 people.
Is it necessary to bring the printed confirmation voucher?
No, you can present the voucher either printed or on your mobile phone or tablet.
What happens if I arrive late to the tour?
First, we recommend calling ahead to inform us that you will be late for the tour so that we can give you instructions or change the tour time if possible.
Second, if you have not notified us of your late arrival, the guides will always wait for 5 minutes as a courtesy to all customers before starting the tour.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, the guide will have already started, and you will lose your right to the tour as well as entrance to the monuments.
Will a discount be applied if we book multiple guided tours?
The only discount available for booking multiple guided tours is if you do so through our Special Offer Packages on the website.
