Are the tickets included?
In all the guided tours the tickets are included in the price, except for the tours we do in the Mosque-Cathedral. In this case we also give the option of making the reservation without a ticket to the Mosque, in case the client already has it or requires an additional discount and therefore has to get their ticket from the official website of the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba
Will the guide use radio guides for the visit?
The use of radio guides will be effective for groups of more than 10 people in guided tours that include the entrance to the interior of the Mosque-Cathedral, since groups of more than 10 people are obliged inside the temple to use the radio guides. . We recommend that you always bring your own headphones to avoid the use of disposable headphones and thus contribute to the environment.
How many people can go in a group?
Groups are usually small to ensure we offer the best quality to our clients. On exceptional days, such as holidays, or specific dates in which the number of people requesting guided tours is higher, it is likely that the group can reach up to 30 people.
Is it necessary to bring the printed confirmation voucher?
No, you can present the voucher in print or via mobile phone or tablet.
What happens if I am late for the visit?
First of all, we recommend that you notify by phone that you are going to be late for the visit, to give you instructions or to change the visit time if possible.
Second, in case of not having been notified that you are late for the visit, the guides will always give 5 minutes of courtesy to all clients before starting the visit.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, the guide will have started and you will lose the right to your visit and, therefore, also the entrances to the interior of the monuments.
If several guided tours are hired, can we get a discount?
The only discount that we apply in case of hiring several guided tours is if they do so through our Offer Packs on the web.
