The Guided Tour to the Patios (courtyards) of the Viana Palace is possibly the most complete of all those we dedicate to the Cordoban courtyard.

The Guided Tour to the Patios (courtyards) of the Viana Palace is possibly the most complete of all those we dedicate to the Cordoban courtyard.

We, as historians, will analyse a unique building in Cordoba, a building that has gradually absorbed those old tenement houses where the germ of the popular Cordovan courtyard is found. It is not in vain that the Palacio de Viana is the oldest catalogued popular courtyard in Cordoba.

Once the visit is over you will have the option to enter the interior of the palace, a true museum of luxury, a faithful X-ray of what was the highest of the Cordovan aristocracy between the sixteenth and twentieth centuries.

Inside the building, eating and drinking are not allowed. However, carrying water is not a problem.

Is the inside guide the same guide as for the courtyards?+

Our guide takes care of the courtyard visit, and for the interior visit you will be accompanied by an expert guide in the Palace.

Can I take photos?+

There are no restrictions regarding photos.

If I arrive late, can you give me my ticket so I can join?+

We emphasize the importance of punctuality. The guide may allow a maximum courtesy time of 5 minutes, but then must start, as the rest of the group expects to begin on time.

Un recorrido compacto y muy ilustrativo sobre la ciudad de Córdoba. Se centró en la historia y el arte. Excellent English speaking guide. Superb historical knowledge of the city. The mosque was breathtaking and lots of photo opportunities. Arrived by train outside the city just for this tour and it was worth it! Be sure to visit the museum after and recommend the Cafeteria CRV with great river views & a shaded terrace for lunch after!
