On the guided tour of the Popular Courtyards of Cordoba , we will travel back in time, where you will discover the origins of the typical Cordovan courtyard.

Hand in hand with our expert tour guides and historians, you will learn about the contributions of each of the cultures that settled in our city.

You’ll meet the owners, with whom we’ll also talk. In the tour we will talk about the care of each patio, the floral species that make it up, how they water them… and, of course, the peculiarities of each one of them… and what makes them so special.

We did the free historic center tour in English. Our guide was Emilio and he was so knowledgeable! It was great to get an overview of the fascinating history of Cordoba and it's relation to other areas of Spain. We started at the Roman Bridge, walked along the river and past the Alcazar, then to the patios area where we saw a beautiful patio and learned from its owner Teresa. We also saw La Juderia and the synagogue before ending at a cute square. The tour was 90 minutes and was a perfect way to start our visit to Cordoba.

Hemos hecho la visita guiada de Medina Azahara con Alejandro y la verdad que ha merecido la pena. Alejandro sabe mucho y se nota que le pone entusiasmo e interés.
