We, as historians, will analyse a unique building in Cordoba, a building that has gradually absorbed those old tenement houses where the germ of the popular Cordovan courtyard is found. It is not in vain that the Palacio de Viana is the oldest catalogued popular courtyard in Cordoba.

Once the visit is over you will have the option to enter the interior of the palace, a true museum of luxury, a faithful X-ray of what was the highest of the Cordovan aristocracy between the sixteenth and twentieth centuries.

Is it possible to enter the monument with food?

No. It is not possible to eat or drink inside the building. However, it is not a problem to bring water. 

Is the guide for the interior the same as the guide for the courtyards?

Our guide is in charge of the visit to the courtyards and for the visit to the interior we will leave you with an expert guide in the Palace. 

Can photos be taken?

There are no restrictions regarding photos. 

If I am late, can I get my ticket to join?

We stress the importance of punctuality. The guide can give a maximum of 5 minutes as a courtesy, but then you must start as the rest of the group is expected to start on time.

Thank you, Olivia!Since I'm unable to do a separate review under ArtenCórdoba, I'll write that our guided tour of the Medina Al-Zahara, led by Alejandro, was also top of the line in terms of his knowledge of the history, and his narratives and storytelling kept us engaged throughout the tour. I will say that the organization around the bus was hectic and confusing with so many different tour operators. Once we were assigned to Alejandro's group, we were good to go, but getting people into groups was pure chaos.
